It was removed for a bigger shower. And none of my other apartments since have had one.How did you lose your bath?
Is washing your hair every day officially bad? I’ve always done it.
I used to wash my hair every other day and it got to the point where it was chip-pan greasy again by the next morning so lockdown was a good excuse to train it to be washed less often, it wouldn't have been something I could've done if I was at work without wearing a headscarf to cover the greasy mess of day 3 unwashed hair. It still looks OK after four days now.
I like to shower before bed. Go into my sheets clean and wash the daily grime off me.
Morning showers mean waking up earlier![]()

I didn’t shower today.

My gym sesh is in the evening, which is why I usually shower at night. Plus I hate going to bed with a whole day’s ickyness anyway.Once every morning, usually after gym/home workouts, and obviously twice if I’m going out anywhere NICE.
I do every fortnightWith some of the showering routines (or lack of) before bed, I hope you're all washing your bed linen frequently.

Not sure if there's science in that, but it's a pretty common belief. Is washing your hair every day officially bad? I’ve always done it.
) But I've never had an issue with dry skin or so from showing once or twice a day. They say it’s bad if the hair follicles are always wet, which they would be if you wash your hair several times a day.
But it’s bad for your skin if you shower often too. My skin gets dry and I easily get a rash nowadays, especially in winter because of excessive washing, but what do you do if you work out and sweat easily?

Glass doors! I have glass doors at home as well, but I can't be arsed to wipe them down after every shower. This is not my home though, so I do as I'm told!Do you not have a shower curtain?
