Kalavision Song Contest - Semi Final 1 Voting Period Deadline Fri 10 Jul 2100 BST

Sofia for me is like if someone from UK decides to send Hello by Adele.

We don't care about spoilers, we just need a playlist with EVERYTHING on it because it isn't updating here :(

I mean La Vie En Rose is one of the best songs ever recorded.. but I have so many issues with it being here. First of all we've all heard it; second I'm not a fan of a cover version being involved...

I’m sorry but I hate Grace’s version of La Vie en Rose.

My playlist is actually updating - but I do think not posting the playlist originally is really odd... we're all WATCHING the videos, so why would anyone go forward and look at the songs that are coming up? And even if they did... so what?

I have no idea what country I’m listening to but it’s the best so far

NAMI SHIMADA - Sunshower

I like Grace and everything but this one isn't doing it for me at all.

Quite liking Japan, it actually sounds a bit like Jessie Ware's legendary new album What's Your Pleasure, available at all good retailers now.

Song 5 is the most interesting so far, it's very nineties, it may be a keeper. :disco:

I've just started Nami. This has NOT BEEN THE LEISURELY EXPERIENCE I WAS HOPING FOR!

Really liked the opening song - it reminds me Social Butterly from Melodifestivalen 2011 but it reminds me even more strongly of another song that I can’t put my finger on. It’s going to annoy me not to remember.

the second track I don’t have time for at the moment but will definitely revisit.

I’m very torn by Austria’s entry. Caramelldansen is one of my favourite tracks, it genuinely makes me emotional. It’s about wanting to reach out for contact; the fragility of the human spirit battling against a high BPM.

I like Grace Jones but not this version of the song.

Love you Japan but you feel like a 10 minute song now
