Will be voting today. The recap video is very useful for this round.

01 CHILE - Alvaro Soler - Sofia - Pleasant and I could have sworn I’ve heard it before. Not a bad way to start.
02 SLOVAKIA - Fallgrapp - Zrkadlia nás - it’s ok
03 AUSTRIA - Caramella Girls - Caramelltanzen - fuck off, this looks like one of those ads for porno anime girls
04 JAMAICA - Grace Jones - La Vie En Rose - eh going for something so easy, I prefer the Edith version
05 JAPAN - Nami Shimada - Sunshower - I like this :D
06 UKRAINE - Vremya i Steklo - Troll - I like the video and it’s making me like the song more
07 MEXICO - Gaby Noya & Tonny Boom - Sin Autotune - I appreciate the video but the s one is a big ol nothing
08 SAN MARINO - Baby K feat. Guisy Ferreri - Roma - Bangkok - it really didn’t need 50 seconds for the song to start
09 LIECHTENSTEIN - Kompromat - Niemand - I felt drained by the end, just too fucking long
10 COLOMBIA - The Bongo Hop feat. Nidia Gongora - 'Tite Jeanne - Cute
11 FINLAND - Antti Tuisku - Valittu kansa - this ain’t it...the image of him sprawled on the sofa, legs akimbo with the leaf will haunt me
12 SOUTH KOREA - Red Velvet - Power Up - ok, I cant help but think there’s better k-pop than this
13 LUXEMBOURG - Angèle - Oui ou Non - meh
14 YEMEN - A-WA - Hana Mash Hu Al Yaman - fantastic. I love it.
15 FRANCE - Jeanne Mas - Toute Première Fois - ok
16 PERU - Mecano - Quiero vivir en la ciudad - yeah this one is just alright as well
17 SWEDEN - Veronica Maggio - Stopp - video wouldn’t work for me so I had to listen to the song only. Not too bad
18 ESTONIA - Getter Jaani - Kullaväljade Tuul - blah
19 TURKEY - Gulsen - Bangir Bangir - I appreciate the subtitles and explicit songs

I’m already working on the recap video for semi 2 which will go live much earlier. Apologies for it being a bit basic but I am afraid my editing skills aren’t great. But that’s to the wonderful @COB for the intro video!

Every country has now received points.
At the moment there is a clear top 10 with a gap between 10th and 11th.
8 countries have received at least one douze.
10 sponsors from this semi have yet to vote.
 
I am going to start NAMING and SHAMING people if you haven't voted soon! Still SEVEN from the semi who haven't yet voted.

I know you've said somewhere but is semi 2 launching tonight with a viewing thread?
 
It doesn't actually say in the opening post unless I'm being blind but I'm assuming you can't vote for your own....right?!

A question which I apply to whatever semi I'm in of course :)
