In a couple of weeks this song will be 2 years old. How does it stand up against her biggest hits in hindsight?
I think it's aged really well. The disco-y production (although it could've been more committed) is pretty timeless and still sounds fresh, the chorus is a monster and it feels like it could've been a great blueprint for her sound - instead, Witness happened.
It and Bon Appetit are both firmly nestled in my Katy top 10, possibly top 5. I'll give it a 9.
