If that’s real then the Cher one could work as it wasn’t a dance track to begin with, but not convinced about the others.

Does anyone ever need to hear any of those tracks again (other than Higher Love and Cher of course :disco:)

Surprised it’s not forgotten gem Believe tbh :eyes:

Anyway, if I were Kygo ( :eyes: ) i’d have went with Surrender for Diana and When the heartache is over for Tina

also where is GLORIA? :disco:

ugh

he should have gone full on HEN NIGHT and included Physical by Olivia (we need an update on that one), It's Raining Men for the basic rubbish gays who pretend they can't stand Geri and obviously don't know the original and More, More, More

This flopped hard, then. Did it even chart at all?

a little surprised to see What's Love is well on its way to 100m streams - it must have been a slow burn in most countries, not just the UK

He doesn't understand why Higher Love was so big, does he?

I was thinking this. He got lucky with the Tina track because the mix worked. The Donna track was a lazy uninspired choice that doesn’t work in 2020 and doesn’t work in his sound. What WAS he thinking

Higher Love worked because it was a great song, great vocal and HERE’S THE KEY, most people didn’t know it. There is just no point in the other two- they aren’t that different from the originals.

Agreed. The Tina one I think keeps in his style, but the Donna one is literally just like a remaster.

I mean I love all three, but when even old Devil thinks you're being a bit BASIC then you really need to have a word.

I didn’t mind the Tina one either, I just thought it was weaker than Higher Love.

Hot Stuff is just completely uninspired though.

Any word on whether that supposed EP is the real deal?

So are we calling Kygo x Tina a MODERATE HIT, and Kygo x Donna a TOTAL FLOP?

If only he'd decided to resurface 'Working The Midnight Shift' for a WHOLE NEW GENERATION instead of the hen party hell of HOT STUFF :argh:
