LA Wildfires

The Santa Ana winds make it windy and dry, which can lead to fires
 
I mean the Hollywood Hills area is now on fire. It's like a city fire from the 1800s.
 
The videos driving through neighbourhoods are shocking. It looks like war.
 
Can't wait for big Don to extract more gas and oil.
 
I feel like we might not hear ‘Open Up’ by Leftfield and John Lydon on the radio for a bit.
 
I can’t actually wrap my head around this. I’m surprised there aren’t many more people dead
 
Quite a large part of Sunset Boulevard has apparently been destroyed.
 
I wonder if Donnie still thinks climate change is a hoax though, “because it’s really cold in New York”
 
I think it's the "Sunset Fire" that's encroaching on some of the most famous locations and that's growing rapidly. Not sure if it's quite close to the Hollywood sign.

I think, at least until reaching Hollywood, most of where it was burning wasn't exactly densely populated, so it was relatively easy to escape
 
Crazy. You usually imagine these fires to be way out but these evacuation areas are touching places like West Hollywood - I’m sure some people on here have friends there, like I do?

WHAT COULD POSSIBLY GO WRONG!?
 
This is honestly heartbreaking and the worst I can remember. Was there last Summer, and have been many times in the past and my heart is breaking for all those poor people who have to start again. 😢
 
Really hoping they keep this out of the more urban area as otherwise it’ll be catastrophic. Apparently 75% of the Pacific Palisades is gone.
