Lady Gaga - The Chromatica Era (2 Viewers)

What in the GEORGE MICHAEL is she doing to with me on Enigma? She just slapped me, took my scalp and pushed me off the Drag Race stage!

I can’t help but wonder if corona will diminish in the face of this musical onslought. Surely the tables have turned at last! Only Gaga could save us like this.

Alice is taking me back to the mid-90s and I am stanning SOOOOOO hard. YAAASSSS GAGA

I'm not listening to this anymore before tomorrow. I want to be tight for it, not loose like Louf.

I will give myself ONE MORE FLIRTATION with Enigma though as it's just so DELICIOUS :disco:

If our Babylonian princess RaspberrySwirl doesn't lose her wig to Babylon, like, right now, I am officially revoking her claim to ancient MENA lineage

Ms Jark is pretending she never wanted her Green Card to Chromatica, but I heard she didn't have the pussy popping skills required (THAT'S GOSSIP!)

I can't believe this is the QUEEN who served us Karen-anthem SHALLOW only two years ago :D :disco:

09 Alice - This is all kinds of :disco: It's refreshingly SMOOTH for her.
07 Stupid Love - Still solid for me
08 Rain On Me - Lots of fun, but somewhat generic.
06 Free Woman - The leaked version sounded WAY better. This is super basic.
06 Fun Tonight - The verses contain some monumental moments, but it's basically chorus-less
07 911 - LOL this is so juvenile, but those verses :disco: Why so short tho?
05 Plastic Doll - Uhhh...did Hilary Duff slip this track into the album? "If you're a real boy" lol
09 Sour Candy - There's something deliciously KINKY about this. Shame it's so short.
07 Enigma
- Like this. I have a feeling it'll grow on me way more.
06 Replay - A dance track with a faux chorus. Never heard THAT before. The disco elements are fun though.
08 Babylon - I can't believe she didn't go with the commercial track. This is fun regardless. That's GOSSIP :disco:

It's a fun listen overall. But she's missing her signature killer choruses. They are very scarce on this album.

I find the album a bit juvenile overall. The lyrics all could've been written by an emo kid from 2003. And the songs are all very short, as if it's catered to elementary school kids with ADHD (which might be a synonym for GAYS in general).

My initial Top 5
  1. Babylon
  2. Enigma
  3. Alice
  4. Free Woman
  5. Rain On Me
Still haven't heard Sine, 1000 Doves...

I love that after all the criticism of Stupid Love's non-chorus, she gave us the Enigma chorus which is just SO MASSIVE and SO GEORGE.

live first play of Sine - thanks Bev :disco:

the verse is OKAY!
the bridge is building VERY nicely
the chorus.... hmm

the generic production (Axwell literally sampling himself) is not it.

ugh this would be SO good if it properly exploded instead of falling out into that shitty, super dated drop :( as it is, just a 7/10.

My VINYL is DISPATCHED and THANK FUCK because I realise I haven't ordered the deluxe CD, but have now on Prime, so hopefully I can GAGA THE SHIT OUT OF MY LIFE tomorrow. :disco:

Has this been released or has it leaked?
