You have to be pleased for her, regardless of yr musical predilections. Absolutely no-one had this on their bingo card and yet almost everyone is pleased to see her. Of course, given what a nosey bunch the British are, we duly gobbled up the goss too but that doesn't immediately translate to ticket sales.
 
I’ve seen some interviews she’s been doing across the US (very much in demand all of a sudden, understandably) on socials and, dare I say it, she comes across VERY WELL.

Wikipedia tells me the album climbed into the top 100 on its second week in the US. Is this CORRECT?

Yes, it climbed to #93. It has since fallen off but it should be back with the promo and physical release in January with likely a new peak.

She's getting so much exposure in America now but will the album trouble the top 50? Did it fall out after climbing to 90 something there?
 



Quite shaky/nervous vocals TBH, but the Madeline reveal was fun.

I thought she was very good vocally on Madeline. the reveal :disco: camp!!!
 
Sleepwalking is not the song I would've chosen though. it's probably the least interesting thing on the album. loved the staging for both. I feel like not having tickets for this tour is something I'll regret.
 
Yes not sure Sleepwalking was the best choice, but she did good I think, especially Madeline. I think West End Girl would have been better as the first song, even though its not my fave.
 
Did SNL have any impact on getting this albam back in the billboard 200? I can't see anything online apart from the initial two weeks charting, maybe its BUBBLING UNDER!
 
no it was never going to, what could help it rechart would be the physicals release date in January.
 
Fingers crossed David Harbour’s increasingly worrying public breakdown helps it up the charts!
