Depressing but hardly surprising. As I said somewhere above, without a major record label backing her, there really isn't much more, if anything, she could have done.
Clutching at straws but four of the top 5 are clearly going to be hugely front-loaded too (Sparks, When The Rivers Meet, Skunk Anansie and Orbital) so depending how close she is maybe one or more of those could fall past her?
But yeah, she did all she could and she's made an album she should be incredibly proud of at this stage of her career. I'm not sure she'll be able to justify splashing out for producers of this calibre again sadly...
