Louise - Heavy Love (album) (3 Viewers)

With all these celebrity endorsements and supermarket album of the weeks, I think she's got a chance against Eminem, you know :D

She and Lemon are legitimately pals I believe, she's a frequent guest on that comedy panel show he does.

I have been in Australia for a month, back now though loves. Got meself a nice little tan bushfire-bathing.

I Have this album ready to listen to. Did she release like SEVEN tracks before the release? It was about that.

I am really liking 'Hurt' - her voice sounds the best I have heard it on this one. Just think it's an achievement that she's got another album out really. She's straight back to 9to5 this year, taking a break for her tour, so she's really cramming it in, and good for her!

The new music has been as good as it could have been really. I think her Small Talk is better than Katy Perry's :D

Are the midweeks late?

I can only think someone at the OCC has run out of fingers and toes counting Louise's gargantuan sales.

Sadly sales will be further offset by Tina Barrett's comeback. Eve, Missy and Lil' Kim are all re-tweeting about Mwah Mwah.

I’d be amazed if she held onto top ten but that’s probably as good as could realistically have been expected.

Surely that's better than anyone with an ounce of sense expected.

Pre-orders, given it's been available to order for about 9 months, may be quite high though? As in relatively - I wouldn't be surprised if it sells fuck all each day from now and lands at about #15.

If it stays top 20 I’ll be cock-a-hoop.

Likewise if it’s still in the top 100 next week.

She's down to #15 on itunes, so a fairly rapid drop.

I imagine that is possibly only low three digits in terms of daily sales though. Perhaps even lower.

Top 20 would be a good finish for her in this day and age I reckon. I was quite shocked to hear her singing on one of the songs about picking up a broken bottle and hurting someone with it. Not something I was expecting in a Louise song.

I didn’t think this would break the Top 100. If she stays Top 20, never mind Top 10 then it’s a relative success.

WHO KNEW?

Oh she was always going to break top 100. Have you seen the shit that far down? Never mind you only need to sell barely four figures to get there.

I probably would have predicted between 20 - 25.

If the Bunton could make #11 and Martine #17 I was expecting similar for this. Next week I imagine it’ll sink, but hey good on her for this week.

I don’t think any of her singles charted though. She never struck me as a chart force in the 90’s, never mind NOW.

Oh she never was going to sell singles. But albums are a different story. And there are some freaks out there Rita. Just look at this thread.

I could always see Emma getting a top 20 placing after the back of the Spice Girls tour. Martine though? I had NO IDEA. :D

Funny to see Stretch N' Vern in the tags. That's exactly what Vernie and Kéllé should be called as a duo (making hilarious reference to the gap between Bryan's tombstone teeth of course).

Rubbish gay boi alert but Arms Around The World is lush.
