Madonna - Confessions II OUT NOW (5 Viewers)

"BYL was recorded in NY with Sabrina. There was an immediate physical chemistry between them..."

what I didn't get about that quote was that he mentioned the Abbey re her "best ever" vocals - what show was this?

I posted about this somewhere when the release date was announced- guessed right!

interesting choice. not an organisation I'd want to be affiliated with at present but promo is promo.

the album will be out by then, it'll be interesting to see what she performs

in what way 'curated'... anyway that's Madonna AND Kylie off his list in the space of just a couple of months. Is he heading into his major MILF phase...

01. I Feel So Free
02. Good For the Soul
03. One Step Away
04. Bring Your Love
05. Danceteria
06. Read My Lips
07. Everything
08. Love Without Words
09. Bizarre
10. School
11. Fragile
12. My Sins Are My Saviour

What does this mean for Love Sensation? :o maybe that's actually titled Love Without Words?

I'm hoping the world cup half time show is more superbowl perf than Eurovision standard perf from Madge

Maybe BTS will do Boy With Luv and Madge can do the Halsey part and sprinkle in some L U V MADONNA for fun

Sometimes I cannot believe that despite tanking Eurovision or nearly dying two years ago, she has since done Copacabana, and here she is doing another banger in front of hundreds of millions of people. For which she is leading the pack (again).

She's the Queen of Pop for many reasons, but among them is that she basically took an oath for it.

Can she get away with not doing LAP at these things? I feel she should, but its also the moment, especially for huge global audiences

I think she may go

I Feel So Free (intro)
Confessions track / Bring Your Love
La Isla Bonita
LAP

If she's wheeling out the megahits, I think Vogue would be a better choice, especially given the vibe of the album she's promoting. Or Into The Groove!

Yes was thinking that - perhaps Vogue and Like a Prayer to end.

LAP was housed up for The Immaculate Collection, so she could do a quick megamix of LAP, Vogue, whatever new song is strongest, a quick binge of Bring Your Love and then close with Hung Up since she's in a far more mature place now so as to not be threatened by its immense charge and commercial appeal.

She's going to bring out Bad Bunny for Candy Shop, isn't she

She’d probably go for Spanish Lesson

“You all love this oldie but goodie! Sing along!” said Madonna, to a bewildered audience

I think she should do all the songs that have had some sort of renaissance recently

Like A Prayer
Vogue
Into The Groove
Live To Tell

Now that’s a set list :disco:

She's not doing Vogue or any kind of OLDIE set after slagging it off mere weeks ago

"dontuhavesumthngnew???!!"

she will have about 4 minutes in total so I'm sure it'll be one song or a medley of two.

maybe she will do 4 Minutes :eyes:
