I must say I always say the weak point of the otherwise great film Begin Again is the presence of Adam Levine (and minor presence of James Corden). But truthfully his character is meant to be a self-centred arsehole who got lucky and makes your skin crawl a bit. So all in all it was well cast.

I tried giving the album a listen, but had to turn it off halfway through. How many recycled faux-reggae tracks can one band crank out?
It’s impressively dull and downright bad; honestly, they’ve been coasting since the Cardi B collab, maybe even earlier. I read this is their first album in years fully written and produced by themselves, so credit where it’s due, but unfortunately, nobody cares anymore, fam.

I have wondered how much of their output in the last 10 years was genuinely liked and popular, and how much was sharting simply because streaming playlists were forcefully WATERBOARDING the public with their tosh.

The fact that they can't even get into the album charts when shifting 17 CDs gets you a top ten placing these days.

Presumably these arrogant f—s thought they would coast on streaming and hadn’t bothered with vinyl variants? That being said even if they did, the concept of a vinyl collecting Maron Glace collector is surely alien

the first single even featured LISA from Blackpink and people didn't even flinch (The fact that the song was shit didn't help matters either)

No hit. I think two of the pre album releases have scraped the Hot 100 top 75 without sticking. The one with Lisa also dented the UK top 75. They haven’t had a notable hit in about 5 years. I could see them attempting to re release this with some new tracks before Christmas.
