I don't want to lower the tone but I am farting like a hurricane tonight. Haven't had windypops like this for a while and have no idea what's caused it. We're talking slow and low - first blast I could have sworn it came from outside.

I might be allergic to work :(
 
@Floppet if it is a clear night am I likely to see a lot of shooting stars for the orionid meteor shower next Monday and Tuesday? I have an amazing view of the stars here, but I have not seen a shooting star in YEARS.

Orionids are generally pants because there's usually only about 10 an hour (sometimes up to 20 an hour but rarely) and they go really fast so literally blink and miss them. Also the best time to see them is a couple of hours leading up to dawn and no bugger wants to get up that early when you're not guaranteed of seeing anything. Oh and there'll be a lot of moonlight around peak time (21st and 22nd) so you might not see any at all even if they're there.

Oh no, that is disappointing. :( I shall just need to hope that we have plenty clear Winters nights to get a glimpse of a shooting star.
