Morning Moopy!
Woke up to the news that my first serious boyfriend died of a heart attack aged 50. We were together for 2.5 years when I was 23-25ish, but I hadn't seen him in about 8 years (mutual friend's wedding) and not for ages before that. We weren't enemies, but had nothing to do with each other- not even Facebook friends, so I don't quite know how I feel, but it's all terribly surreal.
The worst thing about it is his boyfriend and him went out for a dinner for their best friend's 50th birthday, when they got back, the boyfriend popped out to the shop and when he came back found him dead on the kitchen floor. The amount of "what ifs" in that situation are hideous.
Anyway, HAPPY MONDAY everyone!

My cousin's wife went in a similar manner a few years ago, also around that age, though in her case it was an aneurysm rather than a heart attack. The idea of someone seeming perfectly fine then just being wrenched away so quickly is terrifying.
