IT SEEMED LIKE A GOOD IDEA AT THE TIME

I much prefer my MacBook Air generally but I wanted to use business stuff on a laptop for some unknown reason- familiarity I guess- but fuck me, am I regretting it.

And why does NOTHING sync? My email on my phone Outlook app won’t sync to my desktop app, my Teams mobile app won’t make calls, but it does on my desktop.

I really don’t have the time (or energy) to waste days on this shit when I should be looking for work.

Do you mean passed away? Or like it went for a walk and didn't come back?
If it's the first am really really sorry. If it's the second it will come back and it probably isn't too far away anyway, don't give up!
In the meantime, if you look at cat forums there are all sorts of things you can do to keep you busy and keep looking (some are very awkward but desperate times call for desperate measures, and for some reason the methods work!).
