Morning. Up and at ‘em early as I have to drag myself to the ARSE-END of Chelsea for this morning’s interview.

I’m blaming my fragile state today on SUN STROKE.

For someone who took QUITE A LOT OF BAD THINGS on Saturday night, I feel quite perky today. Seems going to bed at 7:30 IS a good idea after all :disco:

The assignment deadline has been extended by a week though :disco:

It's probably quite bad that I go and hide in the loo when the cleaner comes in, isn't it? He's a perfectly nice man but he doesn't half WANG ON about nonsense, telling tall tales and singing little songs. My manager hates it and sometimes tells him off and I find it very awkward, so here I am 🚽

I spent a few hours in the sun yesterday and now I look like Rudolph :(

I popped to Richmond over the weekend to see where they filmed some Ted Lasso scenes. Definitely too much white wine in the sun and then more drinking yesterday

Feeling it today...

I tan very easily and look slightly more GOLDEN this morning after yesterday’s walk :disco:

Well I’ve found a table on gumtree but it’s all the way in CRYSTAL PALACE, so I’ve got a 2 hour round trip to collect it. I’ve also found some lovely CHAIRS but luckily they’re in Hackney.

Wait so you have to carry a table all the way back home??

It’s a very small fold up table that is APPARENTLY quite light. It’s just 1 train and the guy selling it is delivering it to the station. It was that or pay £50 delivery.

Going to rain for WEEKS now apparently :(

I was going to make use of being furloughed and do a bit of wandering around England this week, but then looked at the weather forecast maps :zombie:

We did some mushrooms and watched the sun set into the sea from the back of our van this weekend, and it was the most content and relaxed I've been in months, possibly a year.

Which is good because I seem to be quite good at growing the trippy little fuckers.

I wasn't going to go out to the shops today but it looks as if I am because otherwise I am just going to lie about dozing and it's not sunny today so the scum won't be out.

Oh god the proper original 4-mmc we were getting from ERIC in China was just pure sex powder. Instant depravity.

I always get filthy on the tail end of MDMA as well, just as it starts to wear off.

I’ve mostly done 3-mmc. The only time I tried 4-mmc was when my friend got 1g for free for all the 3-mmc he had ordered :D that shit was so STRONG and instant I refuse to ever go there again. I’m decadent but I have limits.

To be honest, I hated it. Fun while on it but vasoconstriction isn't a good scene.

Decided to go and see Fopp and HMV today.

HMV was a sad sight. Hardly any new stock, they've just hoovered and re-opened. Pretty empty too. Meanwhile, the queue for Primarni over the road was around the block.

Fopp was a happier place to be but, again, noticeable that they haven't stocked a lot of things that came out while they were closed. I was hoping to score the PJ Harvey demos CDs and/or The Fall vinyl reissues that have been released this year but nowt to be had.

Still, did get myself a nice wee self-care package - "Chemtrails", Taylor's "Fearless", Arlo Parks, The Who Sell Out 2CD and, as a Brucie bonus, Jenny Hval's last album at a purse friendly fiver.

Also, realised how much I hate the city centre on a "normal" day. Anxiety central.

It's far from normal at the moment. No fucker is on a foreign holiday and loads of people have spare holiday days whilst champing at the bit to get haircuts/go to primark. It's chaos.
