Another set of votes have landed, the list's been updated. I do need to update the Spotify playlist, but that's a job for TomorrowTart because I'm absolutely shagged.
 
Of the newer batch, "Angel City - Sunrise" and "Bananarama - Look on the floor Solasso Remix" are particular pure pleasure machines.

Capella's big 2 really are immense. Yes the totp performance is hilarious, but they were disco bloodbath when at their best and a surprise deluge of decent singles followed in their trail.
 
Seems cruel in retrospect to force all the artists to perform live during the glory days of EURODANCE.
 
I can't watch. I don't want to lose the adrenaline I've generated having had a binge through their cat with headphones and my eyes closed.
 
Actually, before I got all distracted by the London Boys and Capella, I was here to say how amazing this Tiesto remix of Southern Sun is. I don't think I was actually aware of it at all before:

Which reminds me of this majestic remix of Amber's Sexual. It's the one I'm most familiar with actually, but those grumpy verses on the original I felt were worth holding onto.

 
Bloody hell! This was hard .. even with the songs submitted thus far i still struggled to fuckery to whittle it down to 25 (and even then i have a feeling i've probably missed a few gems!)

THE REMIX THING ANNOYS ME .. Personally i feel like a remix of a pop song or a diva (as in Mariahs case below) is totally just for nominating said remix, or the specific version that was a hit (a la Da Hool .. the original is a bit shite) .. bI hate that i had to use one of my 25 on a vote for Dreamer because of a remix that was track 4 on the single from 1995 that most of us have long since charity shopped .. the same for Hold That Sucker down .. i'm pretty sure the version we all know is the radio edit of the builds like a skyscraper remix so it's a bit defunct having it twice?

Oh it’s AMAZING. In fact it’s the only version I’ve ever bothered listening to. Watching the video of the single version on YouTube the other day was quite a surprise

I've been analysing the list Kier Starmer style knocking off each banger as I went. Amazed at what remained.
