Farewell Channel 5 - I shan’t be watching your remake of All Creatures Great and Small and that other Australian soap.
 
I’m going to have to watch that again and again. I really hope it gets a streaming home.
 
Was that DOUG WILLIS sitting with MADGE? Was it just those 2 or did we have other dead cast members that I blinked and missed?

There was a character who was controversially killed off a couple of months ago that I saw.

I think I saw Stingray, who died after sitting in a chair.

Yes it was, although I didn't realise it at first.
 
Harlow wasn't in it, was she? I didn't like the character much, but seeing Jason and Terence Donovan in it, I feel a bit sad Jemma Donovan wasn't in it.
 
Guy and Annie have stayed good friends apparently. She appeared in one of his music videos a few years ago and was in Jack Irish.
 
If you'd have told me when the story of it ending broke that it would be Jane's ending that would have been the emotional punch of the finale, I'd never have believed it.

Annie's real life story of putting her career on hold to look after her mother who lived with dementia for over 20 years also added to the poignancy for me.

Who was the guy in the video montage with you beard, young-ish.

That was LOVELY. I didn’t need to watch the last two weeks, it’s been super confusing, but that last twenty minutes was wonderful
 
Still wondering who the guy with the long grey beard at the street party was. And the middle aged blonde woman walking with Terese.
