Been to the gym and have work at 2pm. Today, I am working in our cellar as a purveyor of the finest vegan cheeses in the land. As well as a range of cheese plates with accompaniments and wine pairings, I shall also be serving up baked vegan camembert and vegan cheese fondues. YUM YUM!
