This is where I was struggling though. When you get to the VERY MINOR players their charts are full of hits of their biggest neighbour. Turkmenistan's chart (for example ) is full of Russians. (And Hello by Adele is #2! )

I'm just working that out. my first thought was that after the list of names is randomised, I would send a PM to the first person, who chooses their country, this is added to a list, second person is sent a PM with the country already selected, then they choose a country which is added to the list and the next person sent a PM and so on... it might take a while though.

The other thought was everyone would PM a list of 10 countries in order of preference, then I would go through everyone in order as per the random draw and select the highest country left for everyone. I'd only need to go back to those where all 10 have been taken. This might be quicker.

Well being neighbors is a connection good enough to qualify for any country, surely the crossed the border to do some shopping at any point.

In that case, just pick a country that's left and then do some SEARCHIN' (I Gotta Find A Man) - look on the Spotify or iTunes charts for that country, do a Google search etc. You will have a WEEK, so there's no rush. The submission period won't open right away anyway.
