Yes and nobody really needs to be on there as long as we still have @Jark as our correspondent to report back misleading release dates for new pop songs based on flimsy hearsay as fact.
 
I like the purple. I've posted about Prince and Ace of Base so keeping the place young and fresh already. They don't do pages, which I don't yet not hate.

Looks like the Popjustice forums will go offline for good between 2 and 3pm today.

They're still having knockdown drag out fights over Lady Gaga while the forum is literally in the last 5 minutes of Melancholia.
 
Is the new one really going to be invitation-only? I can't think of anything worse than an echo-chamber run by the "moderators" who were in charge over the last few years.

They'll be opening it up to anyone eventually, think that was just to get things started.

It closes at 3pm UK time.

Shame it's not just being locked as that is a lot of content and 1% of it being readable is still a huge amount given that's 20+ years of some people's entire lives talking about 30 Spice Girls songs.
 
I can imagine all the insane stans desperately trying to create the first Madonna, Christina, Britney... threads and make it "theirs". :goodgrief:

Just a thought (only a thought), but if your thread is to rent and you never learn to buy, you deserve nothing more than you get.
 
How bizarre to lock it all away rather than let people continue to view. The message you're stuck to read instead is admittedly a very heart-felt message from Peter though. I can't even look at the notifications I had :(
 
It’s not a forum I ever visited but it is sad if all the posts are just gone
