Queen Elizabeth II DEAD

It was really nippy overnight. I struggle waiting for 20 minutes for anything when it's cold.
Surely quite a lot of the people queuing will be pensioners as well. Could there be DEATHS BY QUEUING over the weekend?

Its currently FOURTEEN FUCKING HOURS.

That's most of a waking day. They'll be queued up by Thamesmead by Sunday.

...I reckon you could make a good case that it is CHILD ABUSE

But this is the ACCEPTABLE type of indoctrination, not like the gay/trans/Marxist/leftie/giving-the-slightest-toss-about-other-people AGENDA with is RUINING OUR COUNTRY.

I know somebody who did the queue, and apparently it took eight hours.

There's a few on my FB that have been. None of them total loons, at least one is pretty left wing.

The most off-putting thing about the queue is being forced to make friends with complete strangers next to you. I can’t do that much small talk.

Imagine 14 hours of sharing stories about someone you've only seen on TV, after finding out after an hour that they think Eurovision is all political and that Boris did his best.

I can do small talk, but have a terrible habit of turning every conversation into a rant about politics or showing Eurovision clips.

I'd also probably get drunk and become a national hate figure.

I find it easier to make small talk with people I don't know. I'm glad I only do the school run twice a week as I just don't know what I'd talk to the others about every day

Oh the Venn diagram of the queue and people who think Boris did his best is definitely a circle

Imagine if something terrible and tragic were to happen to it. The Tories would be DONE FOR

Well @Rachey will be pleased to hear my gentleman visitor has got a KIDNEY INFECTION so I assume won’t be coming over on Monday after all. I may as well WORK

What time IS the funeral? I’ve decided to do something publicly very different to watching it.

(Bbq on the beach seems the front runner currently)

I think it's 11am. I dunno if that's the start of the actual service or the funeral procession or what, mind you.

Perfect. It looks nice and calm for a paddle boarding too!

I imagine the parking at the other end of the beach will be free too- surely traffic wardens won’t be working “out of respect”.

This topic is now 600 posts away from MJ. I reckon with the funeral we may well break that record.
