Self martyrdom at work is the worst. I'm sure some volunteer for all sorts of extra shit solely so they can then moan about how much they do. And then it becomes expected that others will do it as well. And something else I hate: MARTYR SYNDROME (usually combined with being a VICTIM)
“Look how much I give and look how badly I’m treated.”
Oh FUCK OFF!

When a DEAR COLLEAGUE randomly copies you into an email chain that has been going on for TWO MONTHS PRIOR requesting an urgent creative brief for the end of day that you have no prior warning or knowledge of
And of COURSE, instructions in SAID EMAIL are in no way clear or especially coherent in regards to what the DEAR COLLEAGUE's expectation of said creative is

This is true actually. Cat bowl, etc. It's also much easier to improvise an ashtray than a wine opening implement

One starMe on 15 March: I will send out a zoom link on the day of the meeting, 23 March.
Them: ok, thanks!
Then on 22 March: why haven’t I gotten a link for the meeting yet? Is it cancelled? Why am I not being communicated with? Please respond now even though it’s after work hours.
Made worse by getting fact that you know damn well that if you HAD sent a link for the meeting in the original email, you'd be flooded with 'I haven't had the link yet!' emails about 10 minutes before it was due to startMe on 15 March: I will send out a zoom link on the day of the meeting, 23 March.

I feel very attacked. How people don’t say their opinions like they are opinions anymore, there are no subtleties in the language now, it’s always just MY OPINION IS FACT.
It could be as simple as “That’s shit” instead of “I think that’s shit”, all the way through “Let’s face it” to “I can’t get my head around people thinking that”
I don’t think it was always like that, and it makes the internet a bit of an aggressive read these days
