RANDOM THINGS YOU HATE

When you’re looking for a clip of some recent event or viral video, but the top YouTube search results are of weird, overlong “news reports” about the video with a robotic voiceover that doesn’t actually show it.

Searching a route on Google maps to get organised before you leave the house, but then the app just forgetting everything after you check some predetermined but quite low number of other apps, so you have to do it all again.

Also on Google maps, I asked for a route this morning and its top 2 answers involved taking a bicycle to the station (which I don’t have and didn’t ask for). AS IF it’s that quick anyway, have you tried finding a bike spot at a hub station? I feel like they want me to just ditch my bike in the road, GTA style

When apps change the looks of their icons/avatars and totally ruin the colour scheme that I had spent time to arrange in my phone.

I’m looking at you, tumblr! Not sure why I still have it, considering that I only used it for porn.

The presumption I care about what anyone's preferred anal sex position is.

The whole TOP / BOTTOM drop-down option thing in general, and people using it as some sort of actually incredibly tedious self-definer. Oh for the days of keeping your trap shut and WORKING IT OUT

I’m confused, doesn’t SESH just mean session?

Yeah but its a certain class of MAD LAD who lives for THE SESH specifically. Its also been appropriated by white weed smoking yanks.

Today I have received THREE calls from random fake mobile numbers for that stupid National Insurance number scam. Last week it was multiple HMRC ones. They are obviously fake, but you're only told to report things if you fall for it and give over your personal details. How do I stop the calls coming in the first place?

I had three last week from people talking about ‘online selling’. All were mobile numbers and not one made a lick of sense when I asked what they were on about.

I keep getting automated voicemails in Chinese which Google Translate tells me are about a parcel.

I had a fake one the other days that said they'd just missed a call from me. I googled and apparently, you call back and get scammed. The current fave is that I'm about to be arrested for something or other.

I just wind them up. They're often really horrible when they realise I've scammed them back and say shit like they hope my cunt wife dies or something equally as charming.
