Why is no one starting these topics in time anymore? I barely know how to start one so I’ll probably fuck it up.

Anyway! This is why I hate the make over challange: my favourites almost always do badly.

This was one of the best make over episodes ever, the dynamic between the queens is great tv despite it being very congenial, and the theme and the cause was really lovely and almost got me a bit teary eyed.

Which is why it was extra upsetting to have my two favourites in the bottom. I was really hoping for that double save that never happened.

Lemon has really risen to become my favourite, and it’s not her fault that Syrian queen looks like a 70 year old without the beard. She will make an excellent All Star, she’s much more versatile than I thought she’d be and to be fair her only weakness has been her looks (which is the easiest thing to fix).
 
It was a lovely challenge in that the guests were great and it created a lovely story, but the makeover challenges are just so annoying in that they never seem to understand how they're judging it. It's only family resemblance when it suits them, and does that excuse a ropey look?

But it was the right result. Lemon looked more busted than her makeover did - her dress was so baggy. :S And then doing jump splits and handstands and winks to You Oughta Know wasn't it.

Glad Rita stayed.

And in what world was Jimbo's look not camp?!
 
Jimbo’s and Bobo’s looks were awful! And Priyanka’s was basic.
 
Poor Lemon, I was hoping for a double save. But her sister did look like one of my mom’s friends.

I thought everyone did a decent job. They should have gotten rid of Bobo for being eternally safe.
 
I was hoping Bobo’s mini challenge win would be the end of her. How she even won that is beyond me. She was the worst, Lemon the best.

Miss Syria already looked like an old lady from a Syrian comedy show before getting in drag. It’s not like Lemon could have turned her into anything other than old dried up sour candy.
 
The Syrian dwarf was a hot man, that bone structure was always going to be difficult to drag up but I feel the make-up could’ve been sympathetic, she looked NINETY.
 
Every week I watch and think Jimbo is the surefire winner and then comes 4th.
 
I thought Rita would win again, I really liked her clown concept.
 
I get the feeling Stacie will be in for a big shock if she ever goes to a Jimbo show. I mean I am sure everyone would, but her even more so if this week was a surprise for her.
 
"Funny and slightly uncomfortable" as anything other than a compliment is clearly not getting the point of Jimbo.
 
Michelle looks horrifying under the budget lighting :D

I hope she critiques Jimbo who by this point will have had it officially.
 
The real winner was the charity receiving the prize fund money

Baga didn’t win the lip sync and I was hoping for the double save.

Maybe Lemon would have been more successful with a Melon rather than a Lime? (Lime really did look 90 years old bless her)
 
Aww I loved Lemon but she had to go if against Rita.

Sorry but Lemon ABSOLUTELY won that lipsync.

A queen literally PUMMELLING THEIR PUSSY to the snarls of Alanis’ EXORCISM ON RECORD is an iconic moment for the franchise PERIOD!

I like Rita, but that was an illegal decision by the judges and I am NOT HAPPY! :angry:
 
Btw how does the elimination work? There's for of them voting, so surely a tie could happen?
 
Can I just add - I usually HATE the Kenya Michaels school of inappropriate lipsync, but Lemon’s READING of that max track ABSOLUTELY worked for me :disco:

If I was out with the boys, I know who’s perf I’d rather watch :disco:
