haven't they ALL...Didn't Rose retire altogether from acting?

Well they painted themselves into a corner by firing Melissa Barrera (the initial script for part 7 was supposedly about Sidney and Sam being hunted by two different killers). Jenna Ortega didn't want to come back either, so they resorted to focusing on Neve Campbell again.I thought with Kevin Williamson coming back on board it would deliver something a bit different but Ghostface hunting down Sidney and her kid? Yawn.
I’m hoping there’s more to it than that.
Her daughter has been mentioned before, it just wasn’t the babies she was pushing in a stroller when she first came back into 5. She has more than one childI quite liked the trailer. No iconic lines but it looked quite fun, and Sydney has a never mentioned before adult daughter who can carry on the franchise.
I hope Gale doesn’t get Drew Barrymored in this one
It’s a fantastic trailer!! Are you on glue!
She's not the opening kill of you mean that...
Right? I was just thinking how much of a return to form this looks after 6 just killed a bunch of bit-players who didn't even have lines while letting the main cast all live. It’s a fantastic trailer!! Are you on glue!
Clear.Currently rewatching all of these and I have to say, 4 is a lot better than I remembered it to be. I'll rank them when I've made it to 6, but I expect it will come in as my second or third favourite. The killer in 4 is fantastic and there are moments of high camp.

I don't need friends, I need fans!Clear.

5 in second place?Ranking them is HARD because they're all enjoyable in different ways, but I'd probably go: 1, 5, 2, 4, 3, 6

Oh definitely, the genuinely nasty and cruel Judy/Wes double kill was worth it on its own. Plus, the characters were still fresh and hadn't completely outstayed their welcome yet like they did in 6 (Samantha aside).5 in second place?

I like the final act, it's a lot of fun, but the lack of chase scenes, bad editing and ugly cinematography annoy me. And Stu's house looks like a soundstage.Oh definitely, the genuinely nasty and cruel Judy/Wes double kill was worth it on its own.
