Am I the only person who just thinks it's pretty solidly good? I don't think it's amazing but I certainly don't think it's dull.
'Don't Give It Up', 'So You Say' and particularly 'There's A Place' are 11/10 masterpieces though.
I thought you'd hate it. Most of our true pop fans just didn't get it. There are pages and pages and pages in the Siobhan thread about it. Some of the hyperbole was also off the page. I was OBSESSED...
I listed it as my fave album of 2007, just ahead of Roisin.
Tracey, Siobhan and Róisín really were the CLEVER POP TRIUMVIRATE of 2007.
what BEV said, i think time has revealed it to be a bit overproduced (just like ROL actually)
it could've done with a lot fewer beeps and bleeps, that said some amazing songs, but i too prefer RIM
