Sunday is terrorised by rats

Surely there aren't Squirrel police waiting to arrest people for releasing them tho? I mean, people must release them

I expect it’s not a high priority crime. You just have to make sure you do the release in the dead of night. Maybe on the Isle of Wight, since you don’t have any.

Are they all known to be difficult and noisy or did you get unlucky? I had no idea they lived that long.
I've never known anybody else that had one. It's possible we just got a vicious dud, he's the only red-crowned one I've ever seen, seen plenty of yellow-crowned ones though I'm not sure there's a difference.

They just look so pretty. But I don't actually think I'd get a pet bird. Now I'm older and understand it more I don't think I agree with keeping them. Although it's no different to having an indoor cat I guess 🤔

Don't you dare :oi:

Although I am surprised no one has brought one over.

He was only locked in the cage at night and that was for his own safety. During the day he could fly around wherever he wanted, he mostly used to sit on the top of the floor lamp, the curtain rail or a picture, shitting and making magpie noises but every now and then he'd divebomb somebody walking through the room or he'd attack the dog for a laugh.

:D he sounds like a nightmare to live with, but also quite entertaining.
