Because it's a bit of fun. She's not touring this album so she creates a communal experience around the album release. These are the kind of things you can do at this scale and it's more fun than standing around a record shop just listening.

I did chortle, but that's not strictly true- it could be an interpolation of the tune itself rather than a sample and, also, Taylor seems to have history of not wanting to piss people off by giving credit to something that sounds only vaguely familiar (Look What You Made Me Do vs I'm Too Sexy for example)
