To be fair to her

The last track she did (Two Hearts) was genuinely the best thing she'd recorded in AEONS and it bombed, so I'd be sticking two fingers at the music biz as well frankly

Yes they tried to cancel poor Dua for her WESTERN TASTE in holiday destinations last week.

god the live from RAH and Mexico versions pop off SO HARD. 700k daily for a live is insane.
 
Sometimes I hate Spotify because the BBC Radio 1 version sounds like it was recorded inside a CAN. The rest sound absolutely superb.

Training Season was always the winner on this album.

Good to see her team getting behind it. Hopefully it serves to set up her glorious return.
 
now at 960m streams for the main and 98m for the other versions combined including well over 60m for live versions :o
 
Amazing news. I remember thinking this was hugely slept on first time around (despite going top 5 I think) so very happy to see this. Should have been another number 1 for her, and definitely should have come before Houdini!
 
Is this the first time this has happened for a single that was a sizeable hit so recently the first time around?

I think Houdini was the correct first single - and her best song - but Training Season was the original lead single pick. her hot Greek bf at the time directed the video but it was scrapped because they felt it could be controversial. I think there was a car bombing scene or something (her American Life moment). then they shot the awful new video at short notice and bumped Houdini up to first.

I recall some such story. Wasn't it the same time as Russia invaded Ukraine or something. I still think Houdini lacked the 'big sound' of a song to launch an album for a pop girlie and Training Season has that for me personally.

Djo's "End Of Beginning" possibly, although that had a much more obvious trigger for re-charting
