Which Walmart location were you lucky enough to go to? And did you make it to TargetI was too excited to go into a Walmart when I went to the States. Truly a cave of wonders and a chamber of horrors rolled into one indulgent fever dream
?Which Walmart location were you lucky enough to go to? And did you make it to Target?

Well of the two Walmarts I go to regularly, only one has gunsOh no idea, it was on one of my coach tours as a lunch break. The first was New Orleans to NYC, the second was NYC to LA via Canada, so I think I can only narrow it down to about 30 states
Does it matter much? If it’s like British supermarkets/retail parks they’re all basically the same
But yeah they range from a little sad to fully bleakWhich Walmart location were you lucky enough to go to? And did you make it to Target?

I think my favourite part is the scabby own brand ones in the bottom left.My grocery store now has a large poptart selection View attachment 5318My parents never would have bought poptarts, which is why I love them now probably (also sugary cereal)

That's true or at least every two uses (assuming it's just potatoes you're deep frying) and you have to use lots of it each time as Zu said. Keeping the used oil to reuse it later, or refilling some new to blend with the old each time, are popular practices but not very healthy.I also presume you're meant to change it after use and not just leave it sitting there for a month, which is definitely what I would do
