I had forgotten about his vendetta against Kristen Stewart!

Less food chat, more TRUMP DEAD NEWS PLEASE!

Oh that's not just a supporter, I'm talking actual ministers and MPs here...I thought Macron had sensible supporters? Or is "sensible" an uncool word these days?
They'll twist whatever anyway, so might as well do the right thing.I don't give a fuck for his 'rights to free speech' or anything like that, but part of me does worry that this will just end up reinforcing all the conspiracy theories his acolytes have been swallowing and radicalise them even more.
Exactly this, they were already doing that over the occasional deleted/marked tweet anyway. They'll twist whatever anyway, so might as well do the right thing.
Speaking of Romney, has Paul Ryan indefinitely quit politics?...although Romney will be quite a bit older than I realised by then! He may be a religious zealot, but he looks great for 73!
Exactly, and besides they suspended his personal account and the POTUS account.Freedom of Speech, in America at least, refers to freedom from the government controlling your speech. It does not apply to companies, like Facebook or Twitter. Maybe the "free-market" loving Republicans should learn to understand the constitution they love so much
And as for the Dems I feel like they’re paving the way for Kamala.I had Josh Hawley down as a likely Republican nominee until Wednesday![]()

I really am curious to see whether the MAGA/QAnon etc people can actually be metabolised into the mainstream Republican Party, because I'm not convinced that their energy can actually be captured by anyone other than Donald Trump himself.
I don’t think his followers are any more radical than the tea party crowd from ten years ago (it’s the same people, no?) The only difference is he emboldened them, offered them a voice, and “permission”. I just worry for 2024 when there will inevitably be a republican that tries to capture their vote by pandering to them.
