Oh was her mother sick or something then? I just remember it going on FOREVER and being extremely uncomfortable.
But then that's pretty much the Tori Amos album experience too![]()
Her mother had been very ill and that's the main premise of the song (but she survived, and you get the line of the Beekeeper/death saying "I'm passing you by, but don't be confused - one day I'll be coming for you" at the end of the song), but her brother Michael did die in a motorcycle accident in the same year (and he's referred to in the line "Send this message to Michael"). So yeah it's still pretty intense anyway!
