I find it hard even with people who arent friends, its just the difference between being a cunt or not. I want everyone to be happy, and thats my dominant mode, so its sometimes comes before being an actual proper manager. Its not a bad thing rachel babel x

That's the issue I'm having! I'm trying to keep everyone happy, but it's having a negative effect on the me and the shop.
