Zara Larsson- Crush + Midnight Sun (Sept 26)

#50 in the official chart this week :disco:

Pulling over a million a day now overall which is rather good for her.

Lush Life re-enters the Hot 100 at a new peak of #70.

It was up to #19 on US Spotify and #6 on global Spotify as of yesterday.

Up one to #38 in the UK midweeks, and new peak on Spotify today. Should be safe for top 40 on Friday.

Also now in the top 50 on US pop radio. Not charting on streaming there yet, but I imagine she is doing OK there given it now is in similar markets (down under etc) and with airplay starting.

For somebody who I would venture has relatively low name recognition outside dedicated pop stans, she's had quite a good run for herself, hasn't she?

That's her 8th top 40 hit as a lead artist, 12th if you include collaborations where she was credited below a producer or duet partner.

#1 Symphony (Clean Bandit feat.)
#2 I Would Like
#3 Lush Life
#5 Never Forget You (MNEK feat.)
#5 Girls Like (Tinie Tempah feat.)
#9 Ruin My Life
#13 Ain't My Fault
#15 On My Love
#16 This One's For You (David Guetta feat.)
#25 Can't Tame Her
#34 Don't Worry Bout Me
#36 Words (Alesso feat.)
#39 Midnight Sun*

I can imagine that Stateside will soon go top 40 too, it's top 50 on Spotify and the video has already got 1.3 million views in less than 24 hours.

All The Time, You Love Who You Love, Look What You've Done, End Of Time and Love Me Land deserve to be on that list of hits too 😔

All great. End Of Time is so underappreciated.

You Love Who You Love is marvellous anyway but even more so for the Zara rolling down the corridor clip.

Midnight Sun has also been (re?)added to the Radio 1 Playlist, for what it's worth.

It’s #23! They just haven’t credited Zara, whereas they have in the US and on the UK airplay chart…

Stateside now #18 on Spotify, so I assume coming for a top twenty this week. I don’t quite get why OCC haven’t credited her? I’m fairly sure it is the duet version charting on all services so surely their version is getting the most ‘sales’ compared to the solo version. Every other country is crediting them both.

Midnight Sun debuts on the worldwide Spotify chart at #190. Must be the first time a new track from her solo has done that since probably Ruin My Life I’d imagine.

Eurosummer would be a fab summer single. I think a reissue is currently being worked on so imagine that will come relatively shortly.

Debuts on US Spotify today. She hasn’t charted solo there since Ruin My Life (other than Lush Life’s revival now) so looking like the Hot 100 may be the next one calling :o

14 (Stateside) and 36 (Midnight Sun) in yesterday's early mids

all this success at once is crazy. they let her out of the Khia Asylum!

She'd been getting her FANZ on tour to come up on stage to do the "Lush Life" dance (who knew there was one) which has been shared and liked on TikTok billions of times.

She will likely have three songs charting on the Hot 100 next week. “lush life” is up to 14 on US Spotify, which is its peak so far.

Lush Life is her first solo top 40, her highest charting single overall is a collab Never Forget You, which reached #13.

It’s #4 on global Spotify as well :D

This really is quite the start to 2026 for her. Three songs on the Hot 100 at once when I don’t think she had charted there for about a decade?

Randomly, Pretty Ugly got 180k streams yesterday, after trending up a few days. Normally at this time of the week it gets around 80-90k. Wonder if it is gaining some form of traction?
