Alice Cooper - The Man With The Golden Gun
Here’s the legendary shock rocker with his version of The Man With The Golden Gun, which he was working on but apparently didn’t finish by the time Lulu’s contract was signed, so it was never seriously in contention. This is apparently quite a divisive one, but I’m actually quite INTO it and let’s be honest anything would be better than Dennistoun’s finest :tongueout:

The Missy Elliot bit when's she rapping their names in Lady Marmalade and blurts out MYA is comedy gold.
 
The only thing thinner than the shoestring Mya held onto during her peak years was her voice. I still remember horrible Wendy Williams mistakenly reporting that Mya was stripping or something uncomfortable to watch yet amusing all the same.

Garbage - The World is Not Enough (UNKLE remix)
Did I specifically pop this in at the last minute for the benefit of @jivafox? I'll NEVER TELL :tongueout: Following the Tomorrow Never Dies/Surrender debacle, David Arnold finally got to write an opening credits theme and I think most would agree that this is quite the tour de force from alleged cornflakes pisser/shitter Shirley Manson and co (presented here in slightly trip-hoppy UNKLE remix form).
 
Garbage were by far the best part of this terrible, terrible film.

I think Garbage could have been more daring with the production. It wasn't... enough.

Kamaliya - I'll Take It All
...Yes, we did have this song earlier already. Let me explain! As if Joss Stone doing a game-only Bond theme (and it actually being quite good) wasn't enough, Ukrainian popstar/wife of someone with far too much money Kamaliya - of brief Moopy obsession back in 2012 when she somehow got a Steps tour support slot and gave her album away free with OK Magazine - randomly decided to do a heavily-accented LIVE COVER set to a backdrop of Bond film posters. I have questions. Why is she performing at either an industry event or some sort of DINNER THEATRE to a room of people who honestly don't seem very interested at all? Why do a James Bond tribute using THIS SONG from a videogame that basically nobody knows?! I just found it so BAFFLING that I had to include it, but also included the short version of the Joss Stone version as it's much better sung :D
 
I genuinely do want to get to the bottom of all this. What was the event? How did she blag her way into performing?
