These are all quite interesting, I definitely relate to some of these.
Definitely the phone call thing, and carrying a conversation without pausing to think for my response. Also speaking so others can actually hear the whole sentence. (I sometimes mix up the volume that I should speak at, usually a bit quiet or randomly loud out of nowhere.)
I noticed that I am less competent at home than at uni, where I have to do most things for myself. (Though cooking is minimal - I can cook rice, vegetables, fry an egg, fish, perhaps do a curry, but it's way easier and tastier having food boxes to defrost of meals cooked by my parents at home.)
My attention span has become particularly abysmal. I miss being able to sit and read for hours.
Same, and I used to read loads more books in primary school, even some longer ones like the first 3 Harry Potter books (then stopped at Goblet of Fire because it looked more like a whole dictionary)

and kind of stopped reading long fiction books in highschool, plus the typical young adult stories aren't interesting to me, I end up reading a bit and just stop. I
might resume with some more preferable genres; I'm sticking to non-fiction and bioscience things for now.

I'd actually love any advice on this.
I'd say start with noticing if you're actually still reading a lot, where it's not physical books - e.g. I do read on the computer or phone, plus my written notes from lectures – perhaps start with reading around topics or genres of interest, and build up time from there.
We had proper ties at school so its embeded in my memory.
Same, in highschool (though that wasn't long ago for me

) and for some violin group concerts out of school.
I can't drive. I regulate drivers and know everything about the DVLA, the history of licences around Europe and what each and every code means, with all the key dates over what changed and when. Never driven.
I know a bit about the standard UK number plate system and how it was a bit different before 51 plates of late 2001, but still haven't done the theory or practical tests.
The thing is I have driven quite a few times since I got a provisional license, and can do the basics easily, but I'm no good at booking things in advance. Then again it was lockdown when I was intending to get lessons. Now students in my sisters' years (sixth form/college) are getting their full licences already.
Hair is just ridiculously time-consuming to do anything interesting with it on a daily basis.
Similar; my hair's naturally curly, and it looks brilliant just after washing, but 2 days later it is all frizzy (and I wash my hair less often than that.

) It would be interesting to get short hair but it'll probably end up more like an afro than a neat Enya-ish style
*Also time keeping, sometimes. (I took much longer than expected with this reply

)
Things like I'll get up earlier than everyone and still end up leaving the room a bit late

wondering and wandering around.
