The pair that went seemed lovely, but in terms of the programme it was one of the better outcomes I think. And they did seem to misjudge things this leg.

I was quite suspicious of that. When they opened the final episode by saying that they had found a really quick, entirely free lift over two thirds of the length of the seventh leg and then never mentioned it again, my immediate thought was ‘in the camera van, was it?’

I was so far behind on this and avoided all the spoliers until this afternoon, just before watching the last episode.

So happy for the boys and felt they would win for quite some time. Also happy for Mark and Margo to actually see the end and not give up. I do love this program.

Watched the reunion show this evening, and it’s fascinating to see all the work that goes into the making of the series. Led to some funny moments, like when the crew members had to lie down in the show at the final destination to avoid being seen by the contestants.
