The idea of putting decorations up in our house brings up the concept of "polishing a turd" :D

With the exception of getting in on a reasonable advent calendar before they disappear, I REFUSE to acknowledge C***mas until December. A week or two in I MIGHT think about using a festive wallpaper and avatar.

Mum used to handle all that but she gave up like 15 years ago when me and my dad were being massive scrooges :D

The house is an absolute tip anyway and there's definitely no room for a tree unless it's one of the small ones which we do tend to put in the front window.

The three of us are usually busy staring at screens / through VR headsets so anything festive tends to go there!

Do your mum and dad spend all day on VR too? The cloud family give me a look at what the future is looking like.

Perhaps not as much as I do and mum is often busy in Warcrack but they both use it a lot.

They're 67 btw just to reinforce that there isn't some age where you drop all technology and turn to knitting :)

We could always change our avatars to something festive if the name change is too much of a palaver. Will look for a CRUDDY BAUBLE
 
I was gonna suggest we have festive avatars. Name changes are always extra work, especially with ASFM et al running.

It was just an idea to make things a little more FESTIVE. I thought it was quite fun the last time not having a clue who was WHO. Or maybe that was just me.
