I always forget White Mustang. it's fine, but that chorus melody/lyric is lazy. somewhat redeemed by the whistles and its short length.

Summer Bummer took me a while to get into but I love it now.

As a general point, this album sounds better in the summer and so I'm not quite into it as much as I am in say July

The problem for me with Lana is that I like it all but it does tend to all blend into one in large doses
 
I think @POP! should be secured in case he ascends so high we never get him down again. I can't afford to lose a sync listen regular.
 
For as many genre boxes as L4L ticks, it does feel oddly cohesive...
 
Summer Bummer is a bit of a VIBE, although not the better of the two ASAP tracks. It's ALL about Lana's DRAWLING "hip-hahhhhp in the summerrhhh" delivery. yes lord. the verses are just OK.

it does do a decent job of sitting multiple hip-hop tracks alongside some of her most stripped-back, guitar-driven FOLK MUSIC ever. queen of appropriating black culture and then heading back to the white midwest to duet with Sean Lennon.

such a lethargic song - it really captures that vibe of getting stoned as balls 3 hours before you have somewhere to be, and then entering CRISIS MODE while also being totally chill about the whole thing and just hoping for the best.

I like "In My Feelings" but will say it is like the only Lana Del Rey song to exist that hasn't grown on me. It was a standout for me at first, now I just passively enjoy it.
 
In My Feelings is such a RICH, GLITTERING TRIUMPH. the way her vocal literally ascends on the chorus. yes!!!

OK so "Coachella" is like my least favorite Lana Del Rey song ever (released)

She sounds like she swallowed five Ambien before she recorded the chorus

Coachella is not the most essential song on the album, but it does have one of my overall favourite Lana lyrical moments

this is basically the most musically diverse Lana Del Rey album so if you're struggling to differentiate... :D which of her other records do you know well?
