Sweet Melody up to number 3! Unless I'm missing something, its their highest ever post-album single
 
She couldn’t even be bothered to sign the albums for the FANZ :D

Or maybe it adds a touch of realism as they rolled off the print run without it.

They are all apparently launching solo careers next year at the end of their current deal, including Jesy.
 
I can’t see any of them sustaining any form of solo careers. I wouldn’t be surprised if any of them had one or 2 initial hits à la One Direction, but I can’t pinpoint a Harry Styles between them.

Is that like a standard contractual thing they each get as part of their record deal / for completing their contract? That's interesting, I never had the impression any of them were hungry to be solo acts. Certainly not Jesy, Jade or Leigh-Ann anyway.

I am not really sure. It is more common than not for band members to go solo when they leave a successful group I suppose.
 
they have a Nathan Dawe collab (no idea but he seems to be having huge UK hit/s) coming soon and apparently the video is a "behind the scenes in the studio" featuring only Jade. she co-wrote it, presumably without the others

is it a soft solo launch? over now to our Little Mix correspondent @Rita for more
 
I think Nathan Dawe had a dance hit earlier in the year with Ella Henderson.

‘You have always been there to support and encourage me and I will never ever forget it.’ ‘The truth is recently being in the band has really token a toll on my mental health. I find the constant pressure of being in a girl group and living up to expectations very hard,’ she continued. ‘There comes a time in life when we need to reinvest in taking core of ourselves rather than focussing on making other people happy, and I feel like now is the time to begin that process.’

‘So after much consideration and with o heavy heart, I’m announcing I’m leaving Little Mix. ‘I need to spend some time with the people I love, doing things that make me happy. I’m ready to embark on a new chapter in my life – I’m not sure what its going to look like right now, but I hope you’ll still be there to support me. ‘I want to say thank you to everyone involved in our journey. All the hard work and dedication that went into making us a success.’

‘To every single fan who came to see us in concert, who listened to our songs and sung their hearts out, sent me messages and supported me along the way I want you to know I love you all so much and I could never have done this without you and I appreciate it endlessly.’

‘Most of all I want to say thank you to Jade, Perrie and Leigh-Anne for creating some of the most amazing memories i’ll never forget. ‘I hope that you’ll continue to fulfil all of your dreams and keep on making music that people love. Love Jesy x’

Her decision was supported by her bandmates, who said in their own statement:

‘After an amazing 9 years together Jesy has made the decision to leave Little Mix. ‘This is an incredibly sad time for all of us but we are fully supportive of Jesy. ‘We love her very much and agree that it is so important that she does what is right for her mental health and well-being. ‘We are still very much enjoying our Little Mix journey and the 3 of us are not ready for it to be over.

‘We know that Jesy leaving the group is going to be really upsetting news for our fans. We love you guys so much and are so grateful for your loyalty and continued support of all of us. ‘We’re looking forward to seeing so many of you on tour. Love always, Jade, Perrie and Leigh-Anne xxx’
