Going to try and proper catch up over the next couple of days as I'm in a "waiting for deliveries" situation.

I genuinely thought "I Don't Care" was better than "Stay". In retrospect, this was overexposure to the latter. But "I Don't Care" is decent.

Oh, I had forgotten about the version of Raving I'm Raving that had to be concocted without Marc Cohn's melody. It's rotten.
 
There's a thesis to be written on why all these white DJs/producers always seemed to have black vocalists...and black female vocalists at that.

I'm watching the episode that started with Future Sound Of London RIGHT NOW
Very much here for the dodgy dance music performances, some of which are QUITE FUNNY.

Not so much here for the terrible presenting, music videos, Curtis Stigers, Del Amitri or DEF LEPPARD.

Quite annoying 2Unlimited are in the top 10 but seemingly no live performance :(

We've lost a lot of episodes due to SOME CUNT whose name we don't know but we really should due to crimes against pop culture.
 
The Erasure ABBA covers aren't that great. I absolutely appreciate what they achieved in terms of sweeping in the inevitable endless ABBA revival, but I'd never choose to play them.

Actually it was around that time he sued The Face, wasn't it?

I always found him utterly unconvincing as a pop star though. He got away with it when SAW were at the height of their powers and when Neighbours hysteria was at max level, but the lack of charisma is clear to see by this point.

That Jon Secada performance really annoyed me. I like the song, if only he'd sing it properly. But it was like he was ad libbing from the very start.

Kinda gagged and yet utterly not at Oceanic.

16 episodes out the window because of him. That's almost a third of the year! We lost fewer to S*vile.
