Wednesday gets wet (1 Viewer)

Oh someone oncr tried to convince me that "doesn't smell like cauliflower when it's cooked". COULD'VE FOOLED ME :emoji_disappointed_relieved:

Well that’s because it’s rice NOT cauli. What a miracle!

I once had a friend over for vegetable spaghetti and she had the audacity to say that it tasted like vegetables NOT spaghetti, so I stabbed her in the thigh with a fork. (Lounge-based intellectuals will note that this is a Georges Bataille reference so don’t forget to press like.)

I had a cauliflower based pizza once. It was one of the worst things I've ever eaten.

Morrisons do what they call Cauliflower Popcorn. This is, basically, cauliflower in batter (vegan, of course). No corn, no pop, plenty cauliflower.

It's actually fabulous.

Ms Ron bought something like that the other day, it was wank. All the coating fell off the cauli and it was soggy.

I'm all for replacing starchy carbs in the persuit of an hourglass figure but cauliflower rice is WANK.

THIS

Cauliflower is pungeant, WHY would it ever be a good replacement for rice?

On a pizza note, thank God Iceland have stopped selling that ill-conceived Mac ‘n’ Cheese variety. Beyond disgusting. Even I couldn’t finish it, or maybe I did. Research purposes :)

This sounds amazing :disco:

Actually I do like cauliflower RAW. Very tasty with a dip. Also, it means LESS time cooking dinner for the children and MORE time with the crack pipe :disco:

Raw cauliflower is lovely, really nutty. I also like it roasted. In fact, I only ever have it raw or roasted. Boiled is :zombie:

Surely cauliflower rice is just the bits they scrape off the factory floor after the actual cauliflower's been packaged up?

I detest vegetables mascarading as something else. Butternut squash fusili? No thanks. Be a big girl and eat butternut squash like it SHOULD BE.

Just watched Rush Hour for maybe the first time. Quite fancy Jackie Chan

Chris Tucker is uniquely annoying. Doesn’t help I saw Eddie Murphy do the same role last week MUCH better

No, you’re thinking of margarine. Every tub chockful of chemical waste scraped off the floor goodness

Actually I think we need to find out which of you slags buys and eats MARGE and yes I will be mercilessly judging you :)

I can't stand marge. My mum always buys olive oil spread which I also don't like.
Salted butter only for me.

I just had a wholesome lunch of a protein shake and 2 fibre capsules. Nutritious.

I am making a black bean stir fry with ACTUAL GLUTINOUS FARMED ASIAN RICE for dinner. here's to BLOATING :disco:

Well maybe if you cooked it in an oven rather than an artisan solar-powered nutrition teepee or whatever, you'd find it didn't go soggy and was perfectly tasty.

Oh NO. Luckily I didn’t see this aberration. Naught but marge? What sort of life is THAT? What does it SAY ABOUT HIM?

Apt title as I appear to have some kind of water infection. Just had my 20th pee since 6.30 this morning and managed to make it to the toilet every time. That's 5 days-worth of pees for me normally.
