I'd still say 90% of adults are wearing masks in shops or on buses here. It's very much a minority who don't.
I agree that it's pretty much a free for all otherwise though, with little distancing, following guided routes or waiting for people to move on. I had to wait to get in the small M&S foodhall yesterday, but other than that it's clear that supermarkets are just letting too many people in.
It was so busy in Sainsbury's today and they still have the railings up but have long given up on having people queue outside. Agree that virtually everyone is wearing masks but not doing much to distance. Also find it quite annoying that supermarket shopping still seems to be a couple or family event. It makes it much harder to keep out of the way in an aisle when they are two by two or a fucking swarm.
