Yes, I'm very similar too. Back then my mind was wandering to zombie apocalypse scenes in London, I felt like I had a constant knot in my stomach and I was having very vivid dreams and broken sleep patterns. It died down about two weeks into lockdown when it felt like the "new normal" (hate that phrase!). Last night however seemed to bring it all back. It's obviously how my anxiety manifests itself.
On the surface I know "it's all fine", you just have to follow the rules and there's even a vaccine around the corner this time. But there's an eerieness I just can't shake at the moment. The Christmas rules have knocked me a bit I think. It just seems like such an extreme (and unavoidable!) measure to take and something we'll remember for the rest of our lives ("The year without Christmas")
