And maybe because they never quite hit the higher ends of the chart (bar The Tamperer and Celine) maybe that also explains the longevity. There wasn’t a week where everyone rushed to buy Last Thing On My Mind/ Truly Madly Deeply/ Dance The Night Away/ How Do I Live which would leave few people left to buy it the next week and week after.
I was surprised when we got the same Steps performance two weeks running (same when OTT were on a second time). I can’t imagine either act being hard to book into the studio?
