Little Mix - Sweet Melody + New Album Confetti

Love the dance transitions between Jade (stand out star quality) / Leigh-Ann (most improved and has my heart) / Perrie (reliable Xtina). But why doesn't Jesy get included in this performance evolution. Shes lumbered with an ole' reliable routine moment.

Thanks to YouTube’s algorithm I’ve just watched Jesy recreate Don’t Cry Out Loud from the hit (with the gays) motion picture Drop Dead Gorgeous :D

I quite like how the blonde one has turned into Fearne Cotton. The song itself is a bit Meh for Gays. I prefer the previous one which sounded like a Mis-Teeq b-side.

I think it’s something quite different for them whilst also sounding very Little Mix.

The video is amazing. They look incredible and are serving hard. If this was the PCD Comeback it would be number one for weeks.

Jade has just blossomed and found her self confidence ever since she aligned herself with the gays and fucked off her inner saboteur and channeled her inner drag queen.

To think they came from The X Factor is really quite something and absolute testament to them.

All this said, I can’t hear anything but Valerie Cherish going root root di doot

I like the video a lot more than the song. But getting excited about a video really is something special these days.

Just seen the video. Incredible. The choreo is on point and they're all SERVING for the GODS.

Starting to really enjoy the song too. I definitely see this going top 10 and being their biggest hit since Woman Like Me. *flunks in at 26*

It’s a shame there’s not a big hitting X Factor results show anymore because I reckon they could have challenged The Perf™ with this.

*watches them limp around on the BBC*

Also, OMG at The Perf™ still being a thing. I guess it's cute for a throwback.

Is there a reason why Jesy isn’t in any of the transitions and actually looks like she was at a different video shoot?

Jadeless performance on The Search this evening. Shame it will have such a low audience.

Another solid track and rather fantastic video.

Looks like this may end up quite the corking little pop album,

Great start on Spotify too, in at 18 and then only down to 22 on day two. Normally they are much lower, so this bodes well for a potential top ten debut I’d say.

I have never investigated their albums for some reason (and this is from someone who has the complete The Saturdays catalogue) but this time round the barrage of very solid to great songs in advance is going to reel me in I think.

first 3 days of streaming for their past 3 singles - it's looking good

Sweet Melody
#18 204,728
#22 179,786
#19 175,541

Holiday
#41 177,518
#50 128,366
#51 105,864

Break Up Song
#16 219,169
#25 157,762
#27 131,062

That's really, really strong for them starting. #19 compared to #51 for the last one is a massive improvement.

It probably won't stay top five but it should mean it can happily enter the top ten, hopefully somewhere around #7.

They are holding well at #2 behind KSI on iTunes as well. Combined with the remix they would be at #1. And unlike KSI they aren't discounted.

Anyway, I’m glad they’re continuing to get the hits

Why is this track suddenly massive?

I don’t hate it but it didn’t scream hit to me the way the first 2 did.

I’m happy for them like, the promo tracks were a waste of time really so it’s good they can really nail it when it counts

It’s already hit 10M views on YouTube which is what Break Up Song is on, with Holiday on 14

it’s certainly clicking

This is one of the rare cases where the video absolutely sold it for me - was a bit meh on the first listen to the song but the video just took it to another level.

Who was it that was saying that they were done and would struggle to get a hit again? Was it @Jark ?

Up to #15 on Spotify with 200k streams. So that's only 4k less than it managed on New Release Friday.
