I can hardly complain because essentially all I'm doing is limiting my rage to a few social media posts and a fair bit of tutting, but why aren't we as a nation rioting?

I feel exactly this way. I guess because most people who generally riot are the people they actually appeal to, no?

No that was EVIL TIM FARRON. Ed Davey is explicitly not a transphobe, which makes him less worse than the Tory and Labour leadership on that particular issue.
 
He seems like a nice man. Vocally pro trans rights. More conservative on fiscal issues than social, like most Lib Dems.
 
It'll be interesting to see how big that protest is. Something tells me this base-baiting is going to really stir up a lot of people.
 
I’ve seen random people talking it on Facebook, not your typical protestor. Not seen that before.

Step by step we’re heading back into the 80s.

What makes it worse is that all these new money saving initiatives are because of them and their incompetence. Fuck things up, and make us pay for it. Fuck things up again, and make us pay some more.

It’s almost like a decade of austerity was a complete WASTE of time!
 
He’s going after “15 minute cities” now which is just a full on conspiracy theory.

A lot of it just seems like an attempt to transplant American culture wars into our politics, which never quite fit.
 
The fact it probably took a dozen people half a day to come up with “SPADES IN THE GROUND” and they didn’t consider it a waste of time.

This is what happens when you make a team leader into an manager - floundering at every turn but keeping the same grin on his face and the same bullshit in his mouth.
 
I’m amazed they’re still putting him out in front of female journalists. He can’t hide how much he hates being challenged or interrupted, and inevitably snipes back. It’s even worse when he starts mansplaining.

He did it again with Laura K when she called him out for arguing inflation is a tax.
